At the Law Office of Jennifer L. Hennessey, we are committed to helping individuals navigate their way through the complex process of immigration. We spend time with clients educating them on their options and what to expect. We have a special understanding of our clients’ cases based on our own personal experience of either going through the immigration process ourselves or having family members immigrate to the United States. We understand that immigrating to the United States or becoming a U.S. citizen can be one of most important decisions in your life. Dealing with government agencies can be frustrating, confusing and take a long time. At the Law Office of Jennifer L. Hennessey, we have the knowledge and experience to help you through your immigration journey.
About half of our practice focuses on affirmative relief for individuals and families, including adjustment of status, consular processing of immigrant visas and fiancé visas, family petitions, waivers and provisional waivers, I-751 petitions to remove conditions, naturalization, affirmative asylum, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) and F-1 student status.
The other half of our practice focuses on removal defense. When a person is placed in removal proceedings and faces possible deportation from the United States, Ms. Hennessey represents individuals before the Immigration Courts and Board of Immigration Appeals. She has experience representing respondents seeking various forms of relief from deportation, including asylum, withholding of removal, cancellation of removal for permanent residents and non-permanent residents, 212(h) waivers, among various other forms of relief. Ms. Hennessey represents both detained and non-detained respondents.
Understanding the financial challenges some of our clients face, we offer affordable and reasonable flat rates, and in some cases we can offer payment plans. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
